DELEM DA53T CNC control
The 10.1-inch high-resolution colour TFT touchscreen pairs a graphical interface with product drawing, bend-sequence calculation, program management, and USB data backup. It supports Y1/Y2 and auxiliary axes for synchronous operation.

Estun servo motor
The high-performance Estun servo motor uses an integrated drive and control design for a compact layout. Its responsive control, stable torque, low noise, and low vibration support precise, continuous bending work.

Bosch Rexroth hydraulic system
The Bosch Rexroth hydraulic system responds quickly to control instructions. Its proportional valve precisely manages pressure and stroke for smooth bending movement and stable repeat positioning.

Mechanical crowning
A deformation-compensation algorithm coordinates ram and bed deflection. The mechanical crowning mechanism offsets bending-load deformation to help maintain dimensional accuracy in repeat production.

Precision backgauge fingers
High-strength, wear-resistant fingers provide a stable positioning reference. Adjustable travel and spacing support different sheet sizes while the locking adjustment maintains repeatable dimensions.

Ball screw and linear guide
The precision ball screw reduces transmission friction for accurate positioning. A rigid linear guide helps the backgauge travel smoothly and consistently through long production runs.

GIVI linear scale
The GIVI scale provides micron-level closed-loop detection with dual-signal output. Its industrial shielding resists interference and supports real-time compensation for consistent batch dimensions.

Material follower
An automatic follower supports large sheets in synchrony with the press brake, reducing gravity-induced movement during bending and improving handling efficiency.
Laser protection
Protection covers the high-risk zone beneath the upper die. Local protection can be disabled for complex bends, while automatic slowdown near the sheet balances access and safety.
Tool rack
A multi-level roller rack keeps different die sizes organised, smooth to retrieve, and ready for the next setup. Locking casters combine flexible movement with stable placement.
Laser alignment device
A projected reference laser accelerates sheet alignment, helping improve bend straightness and dimensional consistency. The adjustable bracket fits different tooling and sheet-processing setups.
Magnetic front support
A high-strength magnetic support holds the leading edge of thin or long sheets during bending. It installs without tools and has an adjustable angle scale for varied bend work.
Custom tooling
For complex workpieces, special structures, or high-precision bend requirements, custom dies can be specified from the drawing or sample to match the intended process.
