GWMT Precision Quick Clamping
GWMT’s in-house three-section quick-clamping system is supplied as a complete, controlled-quality package. Its layered locking design distributes clamping force evenly across compatible bending tooling, while one-step locking and release streamline tool changes and support stable long-term holding.

Precision Backgauge Fingers
High-strength, wear-resistant backgauge fingers provide a durable positioning reference. Multi-directional adjustment supports travel and spacing changes for varied sheet sizes, while secure locking helps maintain consistent dimensions in continuous production.

All-electric bending system
The SCS700 system supports Chinese and English interfaces, simple programming from process and tooling data, and practical bend-cycle management. Its graphical editing, display and simulation functions help keep setup direct at the machine.

Zuwei Tooling
The series is equipped with Zuwei’s in-house high-precision concentric tooling, with material and machining quality controlled throughout. Its double-V groove design supports a broader range of sheet-bending work, helping deliver accurate bend angles while simplifying tooling changes and setup time.

Ball Screw and Linear Guides
The high-precision ball screw transmission reduces friction for accurate positioning and a longer service life. A rigid linear guide keeps the full travel smooth, while the responsive drive assembly maintains stable backgauge positioning during continuous production.

Automatic lubrication system
An integrated automatic lubrication circuit connects cleanly with the machine systems. Intelligent sensors and lubrication algorithms monitor operating needs and deliver oil only where required, reducing wear and maintenance demand.
